The Prime Day Early Access sale began today and, if you are an Amazon Prime member, there are some pretty incredible deals here! This sale is going on from now until tomorrow, so here are some items to check out if you are getting some new gear for your Steam Deck:

Micro SD Cards:

512gb Micro SD 120MB/s SanDisk - $44

Prime Day MSD

For this price, this card is an absolute steal. It might not be the 1tb, but for 512gb, this is incredible! And with the 120MB/s speeds, it will be a fantastic card for your Deck.

512gb Micro SD 130MB/s Samsung - $47

Samsung512

Another fantastic 512gb Micro SD card for an incredible price. This one from Samsung with slightly faster speeds and a U3 rating instead of a U1. A great alternative to go for just spending a couple extra bucks! Thank you for pointing this out Stunna!

1TB Micro SD 120MB/s SanDisk - $138

1MSD

This card was around $98 when we first looked and started writing, but it appears they have increased the price. Regardless, this is still a pretty decent deal, but the 512gb Micro SD is a much better bang for your buck now that the price increased. What a shame. The price of this card seems to keep going up. The price we list may change dramatically (went from $98 to $124 and now to $138).

1TB Micro SD 190mb/s Read 130MB/s Write Speed SanDisk - $163

1TBMSD

If you want to go over and above, this Micro SD would be the premium. With higher read speeds, which will improve loading from the card, this is the cheapest price I have seen for this card! This one went up in price as well, another big shame, but it is still a great card.

Steam Deck Cases (Hard Shell and Silicone)

SENQAO Hard-Shell Steam Deck Case - $17

SENQAO TPU

While I don't have one of these cases myself, I have heard some great things about them from others who do have it! And for this price, a TPU case like this could be a great alternative to the $60 Killswitch! I also do personally love the design on the back...

Benazcap TPU Case with Kickstand - $20

BenazcapTPU

Now this is a great alternative if you are looking for a kickstand attachment to your case. I personally haven't used the kickstand on my cases for anything other than having it sit up while it is downloading so I can see the screen, but with a dock, this is null and void. Regardless, if you are going dockless, a kickstand could be a nice addition!

JSAUX Silicone Soft Cover Case - $14

JSAUX Silicone

If you aren't a fan of the hard feeling of cases, this silicone case is pretty damn great! Before any hard-shell cases came out, I used this one pretty exclusively, so I can say it is quite great for what it is.

Steam Deck Carrying Case

Xiufavty Carrying Case with Shoulder Strap - $20

Xiufavty Carrying Case

Now I have been using this case for a bit to test it and MAN is it so nice to have that shoulder strap. It has extra pockets for the charger or other accessories, but what sets this one apart is the shoulder strap. This was the first small carrying case I got with one and to me, it is a night and day difference when traveling with it! Before this, I would put my Deck in its case and then in a backpack, now I don't need the backpack!

MVRPDXC Carrying Case Shoulder Chest Backpack - $38

MVRPDXC Carrying Case

If you want something a little bigger to fit more than just your Deck and a few accessories, this may be the way to go! With room for your Deck, charger, battery, and even an external pocket for your phone or keys, this could be the all-in-one you've been looking for!

Steam Deck Docks

JSAUX Upgraded Docking Station - $40

jsaux dock

JSAUX is hit the ground running with the 2nd generation of their Steam Deck dock! With 3 USB 3.0 ports, a gigabit ethernet, and HDMI 2.0, this is an essential to my accessory collection. It is worth noting that hard shell cases that I have tested do not fit well within the dock, but otherwise, I have been using it exclusively for awhile. The other docks JSAUX makes are on sale too, which we will cover in a separate post in a bit!

There are other docks that are part of the early access sale, and while they could be good, I have not personally tested them and won't recommended, but...

Special Mention: iVoler Upgraded Docking Station - $45

iVolerDock

While the dock isn't on a special sale, though it is 10% off right now, there a couple things that differentiate this that could be worthwhile to note. This dock has the ethernet port on the back instead of the side, the back has a little lip to hold the Deck up so no vents are blocked, AND, the biggest one for me, the holder is big enough and accommodates hard-shell cases! My Deck with the Killswitch on fits this dock perfectly and comfortably.

USB C Hubs/USB Expansions

MOKiN USB C 13 in 1 Hub - $55

MokinUSBHub

If you are looking for something to expand your inputs and don't care to have a full on dock, this USB C hub is incredible. Not only does it have 5 USB ports (3 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0), but it has an SD and Micro SD port to expand storage, 2 HDMI ports, a DisplayPort, and an ethernet port, all with a 100W passthrough. Not only is this great for the Deck, it is also fantastic for your other devices that utilize USB C.

Anker 4-Port USB 3.0 Expansion - $15

If you already have a dock, then this may be a little bit better. Fit this into one of your USB 3.0 slots to expand the ports you have access to! This adds in 4 USB 3.0 slots so you can plug in more devices. This could be especially useful to those who own the M.2 JSAUX dock where there's only 2 USB 3.0 slots.

Power Banks/Chargers

Baseus 30000mAh Power Bank - $60

Baseus30000

I love this power bank. Not only is it one of the largest capacity power banks in this form factor, it also supports 65W fast charging so your Deck can charge at the max 45W rate! I took this one with me on my trip to Indonesia and MAN was it a lifesaver. My USB slot on the flight stopped working, so my power bank took over and recharged my Deck completely 3 times! Definitely can't recommend this enough.

ROMOSS 60000mAh Power Bank (NOT FAST CHARGING CAPABLE) - $72

ROMOSS Battery

Now if you REALLY want to go overkill, you can get this beast of a power bank! At double the capacity, and only $12 more, this monster will keep the lights on and your Deck charged. Like in the title, this is NOT a fast charging dock. It has a 22.5W power delivery, so I wouldn't use this while playing. But if you are putting your Deck down and just want to charge it, this will definitely hold its own!

PowerLot USB C 65W Charger with Cable - $24

PowerLotWCable

This is a damn good deal right here. If you are looking for just a wall charger and an accompanying cable, this will do it! Not only will it fast charge your Steam Deck, but it will also charge the power banks above faster than a normal charger would! Especially with a cable included, this is a fantastic deal.

Baseus USB C 65W 3 Port Charger - $30 (Lightning) or $37 Early Access Price

BaseusWallCharger

Now this one does not come with a cable, but it does have 3 ports on it so you can charge other devices along with your Deck! And that top port will always have at least a 45W PD, so even if you connect other devices, you will still be able to fast charge your Steam Deck. This is the wall plugin that I use and I love it.

Screen Protectors

amFilm 3 Pack Screen Protector - $8

amFilmProtector

There are tons of different screen protectors out there that well, though this is the one I am using myself. I have had no problems with it. If you are looking for a basic screen protector, this is the way to go! There is no anti-glare protection though, so if you are using a 64gb or 256gb, this is a heads up!

Ambison 2 Pack Anti-Glare Screen Protector - $12

AmbisonProtector

Now if you want that anti-glare, this is the way to go! This 2 pack of protectors has all the same protections as the other protector above, but with the added anti-glare coating. This is perfect for 64gb or 256gb Steam Decks as they don't have the anti-glare built in like the 512gb one does.

And that is it for our list so far! What do you guys think? Did we miss anything? Let us know! We will be constantly checking Amazon and updating this list until the sale ends tomorrow.

The Amazon links used are affiliate links. With no extra cost to you, SDHQ will receive a small amount, which will go right back into SDHQ. Thank you!
