Years ago, there was one specific simulator that I had so much fun playing with friends: Viscera Cleanup Detail. Going around with friends to clean up these bloody scenes was a ton of fun, and that's what drew me to Kaiju Cleaner Simulator. The game was officially revealed through IGN Fan Fest, and on top of that, the store page went live, along with a playtest that we can apply to be a part of.

Just like Viscera, we will be cleaning up grotesque scenes, but unlike Viscera, we are cleaning up the aftermath of gigantic Kaiju battles. We are basically the janitors that go into the city and dismantle and throw out the remains of the giant monsters that Godzilla destroys, and it looks awesome. We will have to be precise as we cut through the beasts and harvest organs and more to maximize profits, while also making sure the remnants of these creatures are all taken care of. We will be able to level up and unlock new equipment, abilities, and more to keep our work as efficient as possible.
It honestly looks like so much fun, and with the store page now live, we can wishlist and see a bit more of the details and the minimum system requirements. From what I can tell, it looks like it should be playable on the Steam Deck, but I am happy to say we did confirm this with the team as well. Specifically, we talked to publisher Spaghetti Cat, who confirmed that Steam Deck support will be part of the game.
This looks like the perfect game to take on the go, and I can't wait. As soon as I saw the store page, I immediately went ahead and wishlisted it, and of course, requested to be part of the playtest. There may be a ton of different simulators out there, but this one feels more unique than a lot of the others I have seen.

Kaiju Cleaner Simulator can be wishlisted on Steam ahead of its planned release next year, and you can request to join the playtest right now.
