Getting new games to add to my Steam Deck library is always a treat, which is why I am so happy when there are new ones that pop up. Yesterday, one of those new ones arrived, and it looks like a treat to play on the go.

Hellslave

Hellslave is a dark fantasy dungeon crawler where you must work with the Devil to fight a demon invasion. You will customize yourself with demonic abilities while you battle enemies in turn-based combat to save humanity. I love the art style of the game, as well as its skill system that can allow for some devastating combos. And of course, it's wonderfully playable on the Steam Deck with full controller support.

To celebrate their publisher's sale, the game is being given away for free to keep forever until June 16th. To redeem it, all you have to do is go to the game's Steam store page and click on the "Add to Account" button. And that's it! The game should now appear in your Steam library, where you can immediately download it on the Deck.

HellslaveStock2

While the game is only rated Playable, it is due to not showing the correct controller icons on the Deck. Otherwise, Hellslave should be good to go. I will be diving into it this weekend, but make sure you redeem it soon, before it goes back to being paid on June 16th.
