The glasses-free 3D space isn't something we've really heard since the Nintendo 3DS left the scene, but Abxylute is here to give it another shot, and with new technology to make the experience even better. The Kickstarter for their new Abxylute 3D One handheld is launching on November 13th.

The Abxylute 3D One is a new PC handheld that uses separate TN LCD Panels combined with AI eye-tracking cameras and 2D to 3D software to create a stereoscopic 3D image for the user. Backed up by some reasonably beefy Intel hardware inside, this is definitely one to keep an eye on.
Here is the run-down of the key tech specs:
- APU: Intel 258V APU
- RAM: 32GB LPDDR5X
- Display: 10.95" 2560x1600 120Hz LCD, Max Brightness: 480 nits
- Storage: 1TB SSD
- Battery: 50Wh
- Weight: 1.1kg
- Price: Estimated to be around $1800 after the Kickstarter campaign
The Abxylute 3D One is definitely reliant on its niche Glasses-Free 3D to sell it here, as the Intel APU it supposedly uses falls far below its competitors used in the AI Max 380/395 handhelds, such as the GPD WIN 5 and OneXFly Apex, with their GPUs ranking almost 3 times as fast as that in the Intel APU used by the Abxylute.
The battery may also be a concern, being just 50Wh with an APU that will likely run at around 25W TDP. A gameplay video below shows the device often using in excess of 30W, meaning in high-end games, you can expect around 90 minutes of battery life.
It does have detachable controllers as well as a kickstand, which is pretty neat, and definitely required, as the 3D One is a bit of a chunky beast, coming in at over 1 kilogram. This is not one you'll want to hold up for long.

If you want to secure a VIP Slot ahead of the Kickstarter campaign, you can put down a $150 deposit HERE. You will receive a $200 discount for the Kickstarter campaign (for the first 48 hours) by putting forward a deposit, as well as receiving a free Abxylute C6 Wireless Game Controller. If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase of the handheld, your deposit will be refunded in full after the campaign ends.
Abxylute posted a gameplay benchmark video back in October, which is great to check if this device delivers the power you need:
