SteamOS

A new SteamOS Beta update was released with one specific fix that will be helpful on devices like the Steam Machine. There was an issue where game performance could get worse after sleeping/resuming a device that has a discrete AMD GPU, which includes the Steam Machine. So, this update should fix the problem.

You can download the updates yourself in the System Settings on the Steam Deck. Make sure your update channel is set to Beta or Preview.
