The Steam Frame has to be on the horizon, and it’s starting to exhibit the same signs that the Steam Machine did when it was getting close to an announcement. From the Great on Frame page to FEX and Lepton now being available on Steam, we have been getting update after update. Now, we've got another huge indicator that it’s coming soon: the Steam Frame Startup video.

A data mine of the recent Steam Beta update shows that the Steam Frame Startup movie has been added. It’s not available to be seen from the frontend yet, but we can extract it and see for ourselves:

This is a huge indicator that the release is imminent, because this is what’s going to be seen every time the Frame boots up. For this to not only be done but also added to Steam is a big indicator that we won’t have to wait much longer for an announcement. Personally, I think it’s going to come towards the end of this month, but I would love to see it sooner.
