Zombie Rollerz: The Last Ship looks like an intriguing roguelike. You will build turrets on a moving base and go around fighting zombies while gathering loot and taking care of your base. It takes place in a gorgeous world as well, and it looks like an awesome game. It just released recently, too, and with its first update, we are getting some nice fixes and quality of life improvements, including a great one for the Steam Deck.

The first patch for the newly released game is focused on fixes and Quality of Life improvements. One of them is specific for the Steam Deck, where the forest stages have been optimized to get higher framerates. It's a very specific fix, but one that I appreciate nonetheless.
Outside of this, we have a multitude of fixes across the board, including a rendering issue fix, missing text, and a range of bugs like where the boss could become unkillable, storms could sometimes never end, and Ooze Zombies could get stuck lying flat. The animation of the Gacha Altar has been sped up, keyboard and controller input handling have been improved, and there's an option to unlock the 60 FPS cap for high refresh rate monitors.
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Zombie Rollerz: The Last Ship is on sale for $8.99 until July 8th.
