SpellRogue looks like an interesting turn-based roguelike. Instead of drawing cards and using them like Slay the Spire, you roll dice and apply them to different spells to use them, which have very different effects. There are over 350 spells to utilize, too, and with great-looking visuals, this looks like a worthwhile game to add to your roguelike library.

The game was released into 1.0 as well, and with it, we got some nice Steam Deck improvements. The game received a new "inspect mode" overlay, polished gamepad controls, a Big Font setting will be enabled automatically, and it should be much better to play on the go. It was enough to get the game its Verified badge as well, which is pretty awesome.

But that's not all! The 1.0 update also has a ton of new content. We have a brand new playable character, the final chapter and true ending to the game, a new Daily Challenge mode, enemy redesigns with new abilities, some game mechanic changes, new animations and map events, tons of new spells, mutaators, artifacts, rituals, and runes, new features like Undo Turn button and new Morph spell mechanic, and so much more.

You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.
