Sips and Sonnets is a lovely little story about running a teashop that launched this week, and it has really caught my attention. It reminds me of Coffee Talk in a way, and its first 1.0.1 hotfix has a few little fixes including a control scheme for the Steam Deck.

Having this kind of dedicated controller layout for the Steam Deck is great, and Sips and Sonnets is the perfect game for the Deck. The hotfix also fixes some things like the facial expressions bugging out, correctly looping the main menu theme, and improving scene transitions. This is a nice little patch, and should make the game much more playable on the go.

Sips and Sonnets has a 30% launch discount right now for $4.89, which will last until 25 September.
