Get ready to enjoy a major update for Dying Light: The Beast and a special Halloween event for Dying Light 2: Stay Human. The new content brings Halloween vibes to the nightmare-filled world of Castor Woods in Dying Light: The Beast and a spooky festival in Dying Light 2: Stay Human.

The latest Dying Light: The Beast patch includes some new content and tons of fixes and improvements. A new human-enemy behavior allows melee-weapon enemies to recognize when a firearm is aimed at them and choose to surrender rather than lose their lives, creating dynamic and reactive encounters.

9 new weapon finishers for distinct weapon types are also included in this major update. This includes one-handed bladed weapons, long blunt and bladed weapons, two-handed blunt and bladed weapons, knives, and knuckledusters.

Call of the Beast begins in the third week of Community Challenges. Eliminate enemies with your best weapon. Get your hands on multiple rewards like the Marksman Car Skin and the Bullseye rifle by completing the goals.

The update brings fixes and improvements, along with performance and stability, graphical updates, UI and audio, and in-game economy.

The Halloween Showdown event in Dying Light 2: Stay Human runs from October 30, 6 PM CET to November 20. Complete the objectives to gain exclusive rewards. Eliminate zombies to collect candies. You can choose to give them to Baka at the Bazaar or Tower Raid hub. New weapons are unlocked by finishing the targets. Players are divided into teams to earn charms.

The city of Villedor is filled with enemies like Pumpkintiles, Witches, Scaregoons, Virals, and Biters. The enemies control the Tower with decorations, layouts, and rooftop battles. The Cursed Pirate and the permanent Tower Raid character CyberRaider will be available as well. Toxic and UV weapons and a new scoreboard for competitive play are offered by the updated reward track.

Atomborne, Nightmare Hunter, and The Sweetening Hour are the Halloween-themed community maps. There are some bounties and three additional maps. Dive in to gain additional candies.

Two new Halloween-inspired bundles have also been added to Dying Light 2: Stay Human's in-game store. Experimental technology, like a gravity-defying rifle and other secret lab creations, is included in the Volkan Bundle. While the CyberRaider Bundle provides a futuristic urban decay look to survive the madness.
