In Creatures of Ava, players will be facing the daunting task of cleansing an all-consuming infection—The Withering—which is ravaging the planet of Ava, but it's not as simple as just cleansing the infection, you'll have some difficult choices to make when Creatures of Ava launches on August 7th.

You can check out the game's launch trailer below:

Ava is a beautiful and vibrant world, and you play the role of Vic, who has just crash-landed on Ava alongside her companion, Tabitha.

While they explore the planet of Ava, players will visit 4 distinct biomes, tackling puzzles, taking photos, and saving the many creatures that are being threatened by The Withering while also ensuring the protection of the natural world. Take on side quests, upgrade your gear, meet the local inhabitants, and enjoy the beauty of this planet, and just maybe, you can save it.

Creatures of Ava is launching on August 7th on Steam, you can wishlist the game now. The game does have full controller support, but the system requirements are high, and the Steam Deck may struggle with this one.

DLC is available for the game which adds four WDC-inspired cosmetic backpack trinkets that can be obtained as part of the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition or bought separately for $2.99 with all net proceeds going to protect whales and dolphins.
