Indie publisher Hooded Horse has another cool game under their umbrella in 9 Kings!

9 Kings is a roguelite kingdom builder from Sad Sockets, blending card game mechanics with huge battles as the player builds up their realm to become the King of Kings.

While I haven’t tried the Next Fest demo of 9 Kings back in February, it proved to be incredibly successful with an Overwhelmingly Positive score on its demo page on Steam and a ton of positive reception. It certainly looks the part! This is an impressive mix of mechanics. Even better, it will come to Steam Early Access on May 19, which isn’t very far away!
