The concept behind Airborne Empire is an interesting one, and it looks pretty fun to play. It's an open-world RPG city builder where you will have to methodically construct and manage a flying city. It's a full-fledged RPG as well, with characters to meet, quests to take on, and with the new update, it should be much better to play on the go.

The new patch is a small one, but that fix for the Steam Deck is very helpful. One of the two fixes stops the game from using more RAM and disk space than it needs, which should ultimately fix the crashes and freezes that could happen on the Steam Deck. This is a big issue, and I am glad it fixed. There was also a fix for a wrongly named wonder quest ruin, and that's it for the update.

You can check out the changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Airborne Empire is on sale for $20.99 until September 13th and is rated Playable due to showing incorrect controller icons, needing to change graphics settings for optimal play, small in-game text, and needing to manually bring up the virtual keyboard.
