This week was another big week for new Steam Deck Verified and Playable games, with a lot of them being games we have reviewed! Metaphor Re:Fantazio got the Playable badge, while Epic Mickey Rebrushed, I Am Your Beast, and Hollowbody all got the green checkmark. We also have Beyond Galaxyland, SMITE 2, and Norland who also got the Playable rank.

Here are the 11 highlights we found:

Metaphor Re:Fantazio (Playable)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate (Verified)

Unleash the Turtles in a rogue-like quest to rescue Splinter from the Foot Clan! Master ninja skills, unite in bodacious co-op gameplay, and conquer iconic NYC locales.

The game can be wishlisted ahead of its Q4 2024 release date and is rated Verified.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed (Verified) (SDHQ Review)

Embark on a magical journey in Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed! Shape your adventure with the stroke of a brush and transform Wasteland as Mickey Mouse in this beautifully recreated 3D platformer.

The game is $59.99 and is rated Verified.

Lucky Tower Ultimate (Playable)

Escape from a dangerous tower where everything can be a weapon. Lucky Tower Ultimate is a slapstick, roguelike adventure that looks like a cartoon and feels like a joke. Slashy slashy!

The game is $14,99 and is rated Playable due to needing a community controller configuration, showing incorrect controller icons, needing to manually bring up the virtual keyboard, and needing to manually set the correct resolution.

Beyond Galaxyland (Playable) (SDHQ Review)

Take to the stars in the retro-futuristic adventure-RPG, Beyond Galaxyland! Spanning the very cosmos, join Doug and his plucky, gun-toting guinea pig, Boom Boom, on an exhilarating, planet-hopping journey to save Earth itself.

The game is 20% off at $11.99 until October 8th and is rated Playable due to small in-game text.

SMITE 2 (Playable)

Become a god and wage war in SMITE 2, the Unreal Engine 5-powered sequel to the legendary third-person MOBA. Join our 24/7 Closed Alpha, where we are forging a challenging, team-based, mythological Battleground.

The game is $29.99, though it will be free-to-play after early access is finished. It is rated Playable due to small in-game text and needing to manually change graphical settings to perform well.

I Am Your Beast (Verified) (SDHQ Review)

Hunt the military-industrial complex across stylish comic book micro-sandboxes in this fast-paced covert revenge thriller FPS from the developers of El Paso, Elsewhere.

The game is $19.99 and is rated Verified.

Norland (Playable) (SDHQ Review)

Lead your noble family in this medieval colony sim, facing off against class conflict, religious struggle, and political treachery. Tend to your people’s needs, uncover the lost knowledge of a fallen empire, and engage in nefarious plots against your enemies.

Breachway (Playable) (SDHQ Review)

Hollowbody (Verified) (SDHQ Review)

A tech-noir survival horror short story, set in the urban decay of a long abandoned British city. Solve environmental puzzles, manage limited resources and fight for a way to escape beyond the wall.

The game is $16.99 and is rated Verified.

Rogue Waters (Playable) (SDHQ Review)

Rogue Waters is a Pirate Tactical Turn-Based Rogue-lite. Play as Captain Cutter, commanding your ship and crew through procedurally generated encounters to seek revenge. Recruit, train, and upgrade crew, use powerful sea creatures, and engage in dynamic naval and melee combat to gain the upper hand.
