Ghostwire Tokyo Proton GE 10-12

The latest version of Proton GE was released, which is a small but welcome update. It's a hotfix that focuses on making sure video playback is working for Ghostwire Tokyo and Castlevania Dominus Collection. The team also notes that this may fix video playback in other games that are using webm, vp8, and vp9 video playback.
