Occlude gives me a similar feeling that Balatro did when I first saw it. It's Solitaire, but turned into a cosmic-horror game where the entirety of reality is at stake. You have to play through different, cryptic challenges in this intriguing narrative-driven experience, and it's quite cool to watch. The game also just got a new update, which should make it more playable on the Steam Deck.

The new 1.0.2 update comes with updated controller support, making sure the entire game can be played through with a gamepad. Before, there were a couple of endings and parts of the game that couldn't be navigated with a controller, but that shouldn't be a problem anymore!
On top of that, the Game Rules got some updated images and text to reflect the current state of the game, and the King of Spades art has been updated so it's no longer missing the lower K. The team is now working on save files and improving readability, and Steam Trading Cards and Badges are coming as well!
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Occlude is available for $7.99 on Steam.
