This one may have slipped you by, seeing as it was a smaller event, but the Dreamhaven Showcase just aired, and with it, news on upcoming titles such as Lynked: Banner of the Spark and Sunderfolk, as well as updates on Mechabellum, and a brand new reveal in Wildgate.
Dreamhaven Showcase Announcements:
Wildgate Revealed, Crew-Based FPS Battles in Space - Playtest in April
Moonshot Games announced that they are working on Wildgate, a crew-based FPS based in space. Your job is to head into an unknown region of space, grab the Artifact, and extract with the loot, all while other crews are trying to do the same. Work together and make sure your crew is the one that makes it out alive!
Community playtests will be running from April 10th-14th, and you can sign up here.
Tactical Tabletop Adventure 'Sunderfolk' Launches April 23rd
Secret Door was the next to reveal their game, this time a tactical co-op adventure in the form of Sunderfolk, which will release on April 23rd, 2025, for $49.99.
You're able to play a demo of the game on GeForce Now, which lets you try out the different character combinations and strategies.
You'll be tasked to go on a quest through the Sunderlands to save your animal village from corruption. Up to 4 players can use phones or tablets to control the game as they embark on this tabletop adventure. Because of this, only 1 copy of the game is needed to play with friends, with the controller app free to download on iOS and Android devices.
Dreamhaven Takes Over Publishing of Auto Battler 'Mechabellum'
Mechabellum has already been out for a few months on Steam and has been enjoying a fair amount of success, but Dreamhaven has announced a partnership with developers Game River to publish the game going forward.
To commemorate this moment, the Mechabellum Premium Edition was announced, offering players exclusive skins, avatars, and emoticons for $29.99. The Standard Edition will cost $14.99. There's also a free weekend coming up on April 4th-8th if you want to try out the game for free.
In case you don't know what Mechabellum is, you are in control of a mech army and have to strategize to win against other players in 1v1 duels, 2v2 team battles, or free-for-alls.
Lynked: Banner of the Spark Will Launch May 22nd, 2025
Lynked: Banner of the Spark, a roguelite multiplayer Action RPG that's been in Early Access for a few months now, has received a full launch release date of May 22nd, 2025.
The game has been pretty well received so far, and this release will add 5 new chapters to the game, bringing the total to 9 chapters, increasing the number of missions by 40, adding 5 new bosses, a new biome, and more. The game will cost $24.99 at its full launch.
