I love post-apocalyptic games, and that's the main thing that stands out for Crossout in my mind. The MMO has you building land and air vehicles and driving them into battle against other people. I love the setting and how destructive it can get, which is a big point of excitement I have for these kinds of games. And there should be one less issue after the latest update if you are playing on a Steam Deck.

A couple of days ago, the game got a small update with one specific improvement for the Steam Deck. Last week, the team implemented BattlEye anti-cheat, which introduced an issue with the Steam Deck. Now, that bug has been fixed and the anti-cheat shouldn't be causing anymore problems when launching the game.
The rest of the update fixes numerous other bugs, which include collision models disappearing, market history not loading properly, welding points not displaying correctly, and an issue that could cause cabins to be exempt from exclusion in the Exhibition search filter. There were also some in-game texts that were fixed and miscelaneous bugs fixed that could cause the game to be unstable.
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Crossout is free to play and is rated Playable due to its launcher and small in-game text.
