When the Steam Deck OLED was announced, Valve also announced a special limited edition model that would be released alongside. The 1tb Limited Edition model was slightly transparent and had some orange-ish colors to help it stand out. They mentioned that this would be a limited release and that they may consider doing more limited edition models as time went on. And now, a year after the OLED's launch, the next limited edition model has been announced.

Valve will be producing 1tb Steam Deck OLEDs with a white shell, which starkly contrasts the black ones that exist right now. The buttons themselves will have a grey-ish tint to help them stand out, and it looks absolutely gorgeous:

The model's pricing will be similar to that of the other limited edition. It will have 1tb of storage and come with an exclusive white carrying case and microfiber cloth. It will be available in all Steam Deck shipping regions, including Australia!

The Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition White will be releasing on November 18th at 3pm PST, so make sure to set your calendars if you are liking the new design! I also wrote an article about why the Steam Deck OLED may be worth it over the LCD, which goes over why I think it's a worthwhile upgrade with the pros and cons.

The white model should be available on the Steam Deck store page once it has been released.
