This last week, we had a solid amount of new games get the esteemed Steam Deck Verified and Playable badge. Of the two, there were definitely more Playable than Verified titles, but those that are confirmed to be working on the Deck to some degree are always a welcome sight! Here are the 9 highlights we found:
Verified or Playable games don't automatically mean they work amazing out of the box. Some of these games may require work to optimize and play well. Here are our thoughts on the Verified system and how it can be fixed.
Steam Deck Verified/Playable Highlights 12/4/23 - 12/10/23
Mosa Lina (Playable)
This game is a response to the current trend of Immersive Sim design, where every ability is perfectly suited to solve a specific problem in the game. In order to counter this "Lock and Key" philosophy, Mosa Lina is aggressively random. The game continually spits out randomised problems. It's up to YOU to solve them.
It is $4.99 and rated Playable due to possibly needing to switch windows manually via the Steam overlay.
Skybreakers (Playable) (SDHQ Review)
Skybreakers is an action roguelike thriller. Choose from various characters, arm yourself with a vast array of weapons, and create your own unique build by combining artifacts, random talents, abilities, and bonds. Plunge into exhilarating combat and use unique abilities to defeat the evil.
The game is $8.99 and rated Playable due to sometimes showing non-Steam-Deck controller icons and small in-game text.
Forgive Me Father 2 (Playable)
Embark on a journey into the darkest nightmares to restore your sanity. Blast your way through hordes of possessed enemies, unlock an arsenal of deadly weapons and unearthly abilities, and get ready to face even more Lovecraftian madness in this action-packed FPS sequel.

Legendary ninjas reunite in the next exciting entry of the STORM series! NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS is an action/fighting game with fast-paced ninja battles and two different story modes.
The game is $59.99 and rated Playable due to the resolution needing to be changed manually.

The game is $24.99 and rated Playable due to needing to enter some text with the virtual keyboard.
Tormented Souls (Verified)
Classic survival horror is back!
