Despite the game's age, Roguelike Deckbuilder Solitairica is getting a new update that overhauls a lot of the game to bring it up to modern standards. This includes giving the game full controller support, optimizations, and visual improvements, as well as improved UI/UX and balancing.

Solitairica was already Steam Deck Verified thanks to being an older game that's easy to run, as well as having a controller layout that adapted to the game's keyboard controls well, but thanks to this new update, the game should be an even smoother and more natural experience on the Steam Deck, complete with controller icons and a UI more catered to gamepads.

The update is currently in an optional beta branch for players to opt in to while it's still in testing.

Solitairica is currently on a 60% discount for $3.99, down from its usual price of $9.99. It is Steam Deck Verified.
