I remember when I first saw Slitterhead for myself, and I was amazed. The game looked phenomenal, and after seeing the first gameplay trailer from the Summer Game Fest showcase and learning that the original developer of Silent Hill, Keiichiro Toyama, founded the studio behind it, I was completely interested. It looks like it would be an extremely fun game to play on the Steam Deck, and it seems like I am not the only one who had this thought!

A couple of days ago, Bokeh Game Studio, the developer of Slitterhead, posted a photo of the game running on the Steam Deck on X/Twitter, and while there were no details shown, it is still awesome to see:

Now, there is no word exactly on how it will run, but the fact that they are showing it running on the Steam Deck is a very positive sign. I would assume that if the game wasn't great on the Deck, they wouldn't show it playing on the device, but here we are, and I am all for it. I am looking forward to hearing more about the game and to its release.

Slitterhead will be available on November 8th.
