Amazon Games' Free-To-Play MMORPG Lost Ark takes advantage of the Easy Anti-Cheat system, and as most of us will know, the system requires that an option be toggled for it to work on Linux-based systems like the Steam Deck, well, after not working since its launch back in 2022, it appears that the game is now accepting Steam Deck and other Linux players.

According to Liam over at GamingOnLinux, the game has been accepting Linux players for the past 2 weeks, so we're hopeful that Linux compatibility is here to stay, with the game simply working by using the latest stable version of Proton (9.0-4 as of the writing of this article).
Lost Ark does have some controller support, as well as system requirements that shouldn't trouble the Steam Deck as long as you don't run it on the highest settings.
Do you play Lost Ark? Will you check it out now that it appears to be working on Linux? Let us know in the comments below.
