MMORPG Tycoon 2 is a unique management game about creating your own MMORPG, and it is a ton of fun. Previously, a strange shader error caused MMORPG Tycoon 2 to fail on the Steam Deck without booting successfully, but a high priority patch has dropped over the weekend that finally fixes this.

There are two fixes in this latest patch that showed up after the latest content update. The first is a fix for the Steam Deck crashing on launch, which was attributed to one of the shaders that was being used. The second is a fix for another weird bug that broke the character design interface for NPCS and other models after the first eight. Sometimes patches can do some weird breakages, and the big Rivers and Bridges update on Saturday clearly did something wonky. Nice to see the issues fixed so quickly.
