When it comes to accessories for the Steam Deck, whether they be docks or cases, JSAUX is usually the first name brought up. They have been making some incredible products that I would deem essential for the handheld device. To celebrate the holiday, they started a Black Friday sale for some of their products, and we wanted to round up the ones you should definitely pull the trigger on before the sale ends on November 30th.

JSAUXBlackFridaySale

If you buy multiple items and your total goes over certain benchmarks, you will get an extra percentage off your items too:

  • $50 - 10% Off
  • $100 - 20% Off
  • $200 - 30% Off

Docks

Best Overall Dock: RGB Docking Station - $49.50 / $72

JSAUXRGBDock

Quite possibly one of my favorite docks to use currently is the RGB docking station from JSAUX. It is compact and has a great design, along with RGB lights that can be fully controlled with OpenRGB. It features all the essential ports in the cheaper version, which includes:

  • 1x HDMI
  • 2x USB 3.0
  • 1x USB 2.0
  • 1x Gigabit Ethernet Port
  • 1x USB-C Power Delivery
  • 2x USB-C

But if you go for the more expensive model, discounted at $72, you get all of those ports plus:

  • 1x DisplayPort
  • 1x SD Card slot
  • 1x MicroSD Card slot
  • 1x 3.5mm Headphone Jack

The USB 3 ports in the more expensive model are upgraded to 3.2, along with the USB-C. It also works well with other handhelds like the ROG Ally, AYANEO AIR 1S, OneXFly, and more.

Best Budget Dock: 6-in-1 Docking Station - $33.99

jsaux dock

If you are looking for just the bare minimum for a docking experience for your Steam Deck, or handheld, this is going to be it. It has 3 USB 3.0 ports, a HDMI port, and a Gigabit Ethernet port so you can plug in what you need and use your Deck like a desktop PC.

JSAUX does have other docks worth checking out, like the 7-in-1 dock which has 2 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort, and the M.2 SSD dock, but I wouldn't consider them essential like the other two listed above.

The Modular Hard-Shell Case

JSAUXModCaseUltimateKit

Next, we have one of my favorite cases for the Steam Deck, the ModCase. This is a modular hard-shell case that protects your device well but also allows you to utilize it in different ways. There are 5 different kits that can be chosen with it:

  • Basic Set - $25.99
    • Comes with the case, a travel cover, attachable stand, and a strap to tie smaller devices (like a power bank) on the back.
  • Cooler Kit - $43.99
    • Everything in the basic set, plus a cooler fan to attach to the top and help keep the Deck cool and associated cables.
  • Hub Kit - $68.40
    • Everything in the basic set, plus an attachable USB Hub to expand ports. The hub has 11 ports that include USB A, a Micro SD and SD card slot, HDMI, DisplayPort, Ethernet, and 3.5mm audio.
  • M.2 Slot Kit - $43.99
    • Includes everything in the basic set, plus a case that can enclose a M.2 drive that can be attached to the back.
  • Power Bank Kit - $68.40
    • Has everything in the basic set, plus a 65W 20000mAh power banmk
  • Ultimate Kit - $128
    • Includes every kit listed above

When it comes to the kits I would recommend, I would have to go with either the Cooler or Hub kit. Attaching more ports to the back is wonderful, and having an extra fan to keep things cool is great. Though, the best deal is going to be the Ultimate Kit, which is discounted by over $40. So I would either go with the Ultimate or one of the other 2 kits I recommended.

Steam Deck Shells

If you aren't lucky enough to be in the US or Canada and hoping to get the transparent shell Limited Edition Steam Deck, JSAUX does have transparent shells that could liven things up. While I do like them a lot, I am not sure if they are compatible with the revamped internals of the Steam Deck OLED. If you have an older LCD model, these will work just fine.

There is one transparent front cover ($33.99) that comes in 4 colors and two transparent backplates:

You can get both of them bundled together for a discounted price too. No RGB will cost $46.99, while with RGB will be $47.70.

Carrying Case

JSAUXCarryingCaseNew

If you are going to be bringing your Steam Deck around with you, getting a protective case for it is always a good idea. JSAUX's hard-shell carrying case not only has a solid amount of storage for both Micro SD cards and accessories, it also fits most other similar-sized or smaller handhelds! And for $21.99, it will keep your Deck safe and sound as you travel.

JSAUXShoulderBag

There is also a nice shoulder bag that can fit the handhelds, and other accessories, and is comfortable to sling around your shoulders and carry with you. It is a little more expensive at $32.99, but it will free up your hands while you are traveling.

There are some nice other miscellaneous goodies from JSAUX to check out too, but those are the ones I recommend checking out! And, like mentioned above, if your total is over $50, $100, or $200, you will get an extra discount on top of the already discounted items. So, if you plan to get multiple accessories, it may not be a bad idea to lump them together if they will hit those totals!

I am a huge fan of JSAUX's accessories and I use them daily, especially the RGB Dock, which I have my Steam Deck docked on right now to write this article! The deals go on until November 30th, so you have a couple of days to take advantage of these deals!
