Proton GE 8-4 Released - Updates and Upstream Changes

A new version of Proton GE was released yesterday that brings in some nice changes. There were a ton of upstream changes, as well as updating the components to the latest git, release, or bleeding edge! There were also some protonfixes for games like Moero Chronicle and The Blind Prophet, while also removing the Fall Guys workaround since it isn't needed anymore:

Notes: On Fall Guys when the Epic Online Services installer is running on a clean prefix, you must hit cancel on step 2/2, otherwise Fall Guys will tell you the game is missing files and force you to exit.
