Proton GE Alan Wake 2

A new update for Proton GE was released today, bringing in some new fixes from upstream Proton, as well as updating some of the components of the layer. Alan Wake 2 got a new HDR fixup from upstream, as well as FAudio WMA3 support, which helps with Metal Gear Solid 3. There was also a protonfix for NUKITASHI, and dxvk, vkd3d, and wine have been updated to the latest git!
