Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic is getting a new DLC entitled Early Start, which is releasing on May 22, 2025, and will take you back in history.

Time or space doesn’t bound the socialism as announced by Hooded Horse and 3DIVISION. The developers plan to send players back in time with the new DLC pack. Mark the date, May 22, 2025, to play the Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic - Early Start on PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.

The new DLC brings new vehicles, technology, and buildings, allowing players to choose to start the game as far back as the 1930s. The game offers new challenges and limitations, along with the ability to craft an ideal Soviet republic over a longer period of time.

We will see 90 new vehicles, along with the Soviet and NATO designs. More building options reflect the architectural styles and limitations of the times. A lot of the content is for the Coal industry, given the incredible value it held during this time. Moscow and St. Petersburg are two new maps that players can tackle and bring to the modern age. Maps from the base game and the World Maps & Biomes DLC also have content with the earlier start dates.
