Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 2 is now live in-game, bringing tons of content, monsters, and a new seasonal event for the Grand Hub.

This second update brings the monsters Lagiacrus and Seregios as both normal hunts and 8-star Tempered monsters. It doesn’t end here, as we also receive a brand-new seasonal event for the Grand Hub, along with new Layered Weapons.

'Lord of the Seas' Lagiacrus makes its return to the Monster Hunter Wilds. The boss is overhauled and includes new underwater actions to keep the hunt fresh for all the players in Monster Hunter Wilds. Lagiacrus made its debut previously in Monster Hunter Tri.

Seregios is Monster Hunter 4’s Ultimate monster, and it comes with high mobility and fast speed. Seregios is also updated, and it's now more mobile and aggressive in speed to keep the fight fun and tactical.

Arch-Tempered Uth Duna is the limited-time Event quest that players can initiate from June 30. Along with this unique quest, players also get a Free Challenge quest that rewards them with new armor sets, Uth Duna γ and Felyne Uth Duna γ, upon completion.

Get access to the design of the Layered Weapon by creating the final weapon in a tree, Rarity 8 Artian weapons, and High-Rank Palico weapons. The developers also decided to improve the Photo mode, which adds additional brightness settings and unique filter effects.

Starting July 23, there will be a new seasonal celebration with the arrival of The Festival of Accord: Flamefete. This allows the players to receive limited-time new Grand Hub decorations, meals, and limited-time equipment. Capcom also shared about the upcoming Title Update 3 for Monster Hunter Wilds and it will arrive in September 2025.
