Earlier today, a new Steam Deck Client update was released that fixed a slew of issues across the board, as well as improve download accuracy, but it seems it also brought with it a nasty new problem. After the update went live, it was reported on GitHub that some sections of the quick access menu were not working anymore, including the TDP limiter, and we can confirm that this problem exists.
With our updated Steam Decks, we tested to see if the TDP limiter is working, and it very clearly isn't. When we went to change the slider, the entire bar was set to 0 and we couldn't move anything. I did also test our GPU Clock Speed Frequency limiter as well, but it was working for me. Everything else in the performance menu was working as intended, it's only the TDP limiter that is bugged out.

If you are someone who uses the TDP limit to increase battery life, I would hold off on this update. This is a pretty big feature that has not been working, so I hope Valve is able to get it up and fixed soon. I also noticed that the scaling filter names have changed, and there's no more FSR or NIS upscaling. However, this seems to be a renaming, and the Sharp filter is FSR. NIS upscaling has been removed completely.
I do wish this update had a little more time to bake in the beta branch before it was released to everyone, but hopefully this issue is dealt with quickly!
