Digital Eclipse, in collaboration with The Tetris Company, has officially announced "Tetris Forever," the latest installment in its renowned Gold Master Series. Releasing on PC this holiday season via Steam, this ambitious collection was revealed during the recent Nintendo Direct digital showcase.

Playable Tetris games spanning four decades, including a brand new version created by Digital Eclipse, are all part of what "Tetris Forever" claims to be a conclusive homage to the legendary puzzle game. In addition to providing an engaging gaming experience, this set includes a number of documentary featurettes that allow players to delve deeper into the remarkable background and influence of Tetris.

A Trip Through Tetris's Fortieth Anniversary

With over fifteen classic Tetris games—including some that are being released outside of Japan for the first time—"Tetris Forever" provides a thorough journey through the evolution of Tetris. Experience the origins of Tetris with a faithful recreation of the 1984 Electronika 60 computer version developed by Alexey Pajitnov. They can participate in friendly multiplayer battles in the legendary "Tetris Battle Gaiden," enjoy the exhilarating action in "Super Tetris 2 + Bombliss," and a plethora of other classic games.

"Tetris Forever" features not only the original games but also a new one called "Tetris Time Warp," created by Digital Eclipse. Here in "Tetris Time Warp," players can instantly jump to different Tetris eras, each with its own unique set of visuals, gameplay, and mechanics.
