This week has had so many incredible indie releases that it's hard to remember and cover all of them. I wish I could; they all deserve it, but there's so much to do and cover that I can't. But Rogue Voltage, which was released earlier today, caught my eye. A roguelike where you construct skills by wiring up modules to create machines to destroy enemies is such a cool concept. And with the first hotfix, the game will be a little easier to learn on the Steam Deck.

In the hotfix, we have a couple of issues that were fixed, but there was a specific Steam Deck issue that was figured out! There was a minor issue during the tutorial if you were playing on the Deck, and now, that has been fixed, so we can get through without any problems.
Other than that, we do have some big issues that were figured out, too. The soft lock that could happen in the tutorial has been fixed, crashes were figured out, the heal button will work again in the camp or shop, the Japanese localization has been tweaked a bit, and some achievements have been fixed, so they will come up when they need to.
There is a bit more, and you can check out the full changelog on the Steam Community Post.

Rogue Voltage can be purchased on Steam for 10% off until May 17th for $14.39. While it doesn't have a Steam Deck badge yet, I have talked to the developer for a little, and they sent a review key over for us to play. I know it is playable on the Deck, and I can't wait to dive more into it!
