Proton GE 9-2 UMVC3

A new version of Proton GE 9-2 was released, and while it doesn't implement a ton of new game fixes, it is still a nice update overall. We have updates to the latest gits for wine, dxvk, vkd3d, and upstream proton/steam client changes. It's also noted that the WMV playback regression is now fixed, making games like Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 is able to show their videos again!
