Proton GE 8-10 Released - KovaaK's Patch and Ubisoft Connect Fix

Update 8/3/23 - A new update, 8-11, was pushed out since the addon patches didn't get applied. DXVK and Wine was also updated again.

A new Proton GE version was released earlier today that brings in some nice new updates. Wine was updated which fixes Ubisoft Connect and some UE4 games, there was a Steam runtime update, a patch required for EALink was added, and a protonfix for the FPS aiming trainer KovaaK's was added! We might be using a gamepad on the Steam Deck, but I will never say no to the option to improve my aiming on a controller:

Proton GE 8-10 Changelog:

• wine updated to latest bleeding edge (fixes Ubisoft Connect, adds patch needed for some UE4 games)
• steam runtime update pulled from upstream
• patch required for EALink from upstream wine added (https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/2740)
• dxvk が最新の git に更新された
• protonfix added for kovaaks (thanks xaizone)
