Proton GE 10-26 Released With The Outer Worlds 2 Fix, FSR 4 Scaling, And More

A new Proton GE update was released with a bunch of fixes in it. We have fixes for multiple games, including The Outer Worlds 2, SOMA, Space Engineers, They Are Billions, and Duet Night Abyss. We also have DLSS scaling for FSR4, updates included from upstream proton, and more. There was also a fix for automatic building and attachment of the layer.
