Proton Experimental 8/10/23 - Street Fighter 6 GPU Fixes

A new proton experimental update was released earlier today and while it is a small one, it does help Street Fighter 6 out a lot! There have recently been some GPU hang ups that can cause issues in the game and, with this new update, those hangs are now fixed!

Dxvk-nvapi was also disabled for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart since the newest update for the game caused it to crash on launch. This is for Nvidia cards though, so there's no affect on the Steam Deck.

Proton Experimental Update 8/10/23 Changelog:

• Disabled dxvk-nvapi for Rachet & Clank: Rift Apart to stop it from crashing on launch after a recent game update.
• Fixed Street Fighter 6 causing GPU hangs.
