Epic seems to be back on a roll with the free games they are giving away for the holidays, and the next one is another enjoyable experience on the Steam Deck! For the next 24 hours, Epic is giving away Ghostrunner 2 for the 2024 holidays, and the high-octane cyberpunk action is a joy to play, and just a great game to play overall.

It's an awesome game to play, and one I really enjoy playing on the Steam Deck. Even if it needs some compromises and should be played at 30 FPS, it's still a super cool game that looks glorious on the Deck. I love the Cyberpunk and futuristic aesthetic in games, and developer One More Level has done a great job at creating a gorgeously vibrant world to jump and run around in.

On Steam, Ghostrunner 2 is rated Steam Deck Verified, and while it isn't the smoothest experience, due to it not hitting 60 FPS, it's still very playable. It is also rated Platinum on ProtonDB, so there should be no problem playing it on the go.
