Space Crafting Game Breathedge Is Free To Add To Steam Library Permanently For 2 Days

There are so many ways to expand our Steam Deck library, but finding great games for free is something that I’ll always relish. Recently, there have been a good chunk of games that have been available to redeem for free on Steam, with the latest one being Moonlighter. However, a new game is now completely free to add to our library, maybe another one to enjoy on the deck.

From now until August 9th, we can add Breathedge to our libraries permanently. In this game, our goal is to survive in outer space with our immortal chicken. We will have to craft tools, pilot vehicles, control space stations, and explore the wreckage, while trying to discover the truth behind our spaceship crash. It’s hilarious, beautiful, and a treat to play through, especially when it’s free.

And despite the Unsupported rating, the game is playable on the Steam Deck. There are reports that the game hangs or crashes at the end of the intro video, so you will have to press X to skip it, but apart from that, it should be completely playable on the deck. It makes sense why it has its rating, especially when the intro video just doesn’t work, but there’s a very easy way to get past it, and I can’t argue against that.

Breathedge will be completely free to redeem your library permanently until August 9th, so make sure to add it before then.
