Tackle the Ocean in The Splintered Sea, a New Expansion for Besiege!

I'm sure you're familiar with Besiege, it's a very popular indie title tasking players with building physics-based contraptions to achieve certain goals. Well now, Besiege is taking to the seas with its first-ever expansion entitled: The Splintered Sea. Which will be launching onto Steam on May 24th!

Looks pretty interesting, right? Well here's a little more info for you on what this expansion will contain.

10 new campaign missions centered around the sea will be added to the game courtesy of this expansion, there's also 8 new block types that will allow you to bring even more chaos into play!

Not only will you be designing machines capable of sailing the seas, but also ones capable of underwater exploration. And you'll have a sandbox map to test all your creations out in, so why not see what you can come up with and go explore the archipelago?

So build your machines, discover the archipelago, build your own levels in the level editor, and maybe even challenge your friends to some combat with your new war machines.

Besiege is available now on Steam for $14.99, it is rated Playable on Steam Deck by Valve's compatibility testing. The Splintered Sea expansion will be available from May 24th, as either a bundle with the base game or available separately for existing owners.
