Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind (MMPR: RR) got off to a bit of a mixed reception since its launch on Steam late last year, but developer Digital Eclipse is still preparing free updates to the game to enhance the player experience.

First up, they are expanding the co-op mode of the game. Previously, to play 6-player co-op, you needed 3 players on each device, as only 2 devices could be connected together. Now, up to 6 devices can connect together, meaning players no longer need to share a device to play multiplayer matches. This makes it much easier to play co-op with several friends if you are all in different locations.

Additionally, upgradable Power Rangers are being added to the game, allowing players to use a new skill point system to adapt their Power Rangers' strength, defense, and speed to suit their own playstyle. A new feature called "Morphers" is also being added, which are modifiers that can affect the game's gravity, speed, and more. These two new features combined aim to enhance the replayability of the game.

Will you be diving back into Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind when these updates drop later this Spring? Let us know in the comments below.
