Metaphor: ReFantazio feels like a game I've been writing about for a long time, but we're finally getting near the release date. ATLUS has just announced that the next showcase for their fantasy RPG will be taking place on July 29th, at 6 PM Pacific / 9 PM Eastern Time over on the ATLUS YouTube channel.

The showcase will reveal more details about Metaphor: ReFantazio’s dynamic cast of characters, as well as the social systems in place, plus we'll be looking a little further into the overarching story of the game. The livestream will be led by Studio Zero director Katsura Hashino, but we will have English subtitles and dubbed audio.

If you are incredibly eager, you can find the livestream feed below, although it doesn't air for another 4 days!

In case you have been living under a rock the past few months, Metaphor: ReFantazio is a new fantasy RPG from the creators of the Persona series. Where players will fight for their right to become king of a world that is steeped with fear and anxiety. Metaphor: ReFantazio is due to launch on October 11, 2024, on Steam. You can pre-order the game now for $69.99. The game will very likely run well on the Steam Deck, given the system requirements and the fact that the game does have full controller support.

Will you be playing Metaphor: ReFantazio when it launches in October? Let us know in the comments below!
