The Riftbreaker Updates Default Graphics Settings for Steam Deck

The Riftbreaker, a base-building Tower Defense ARPG has received some updates over the past few months, including the release of a new expansion, Heart of the Swamp, which I'm guessing is a play on the Starcraft 2 Expansion: Heart of the Swarm.

While The Riftbreaker did provide a default setting preset for the Steam Deck, these new updates brought with them new graphical options, and they weren't preset for Steam Deck users. Well now, a new update for The Riftbreaker makes sure that those new options are set correctly for Steam Deck users, so they get a better experience straight out of the box.

The update didn't just change the default settings for the Steam Deck, however. So if you want to check out the full patch notes, you can do so here.

The Riftbreaker is available on Steam for $16.49 during the Steam Summer Sale, down from its usual price of $29.99. It is rated as "Playable" on the Steam Deck, due to small in-game text, and apparently a warning appears when booting the game on the Deck.
