In what is probably the shortest press release that I've ever seen, The Outlast Trials have teased that a new map and killer are on the way and gave us this short trailer to just us a glimpse of what we might expect.

It goes without saying, but the trailer might be disturbing for some, given the nature of the game:

As you can see by watching the trailer, the reason for the short press release is likely that they plan to reveal more information about this update tomorrow. Seems like an odd marketing method, but I guess it means we might be writing about the game twice in 2 days!

The Outlast Trials is available on Steam for $39.99. It's Steam Deck Verified, so should run fine on the device.
