Are you a fan of roguelikes, cute graphics, and the ever-cruel mistress of chance? Then RP7 might be right up your alley!

In RP7, you're tasked with managing 7 random encounter slots, which could give you money, items, potions, or even an encounter with a monster!

Sound interesting? Well, you're in luck, as a demo of RP7 has just launched now on Steam, you can also check out the new gameplay trailer below to see RP7 in action:

Instead of directly controlling your character, all you can control in RP7 is the 7 slots by using the bottom row of your keyboard (Although we are assured it also has controller support!), as your character moves ahead automatically, you will need to think into the future and plan your moves accordingly.

With over 200 items, more than 60 monsters, and 20+ bosses to fight, each run-through will present new challenges and require strategic thinking to complete.

Wondering where RP7 gets its name from? Well, that's because the game is based around the number 7. Each run of the game is made up of 7 semi-random stages, there are 7 character classes that you can choose from, and, of course, there are 7 slots that will decide your fate as you play.

RP7 is due to launch into Steam Early Access in Summer 2024, a demo is available to play on Steam right now. The game will have full controller support.
