Shatterline Gets New Update Improving Text on Steam Deck

I remember when Shatterline came out and I had to immediately try it on the Steam Deck, and to my surprise, it worked out pretty well! It was a lot of fun, and with a lack of bigger multiplayer first-person shooters that ran well on the Deck, it was a welcome change. And with the new update we got today, it should be a bit easier to read the text on the screen.

Today's newest update for Shatterline brings with it a new season, which means a ton of new free rewards and weapons, and on the Steam Deck, we will be able to read it all! The update comes with some tweaked game fonts/styles, all aimed to improve readability on the smaller screen. With so much that we may need to read, this is awesome to have and a very welcome change (I would like to read the info about my weapons and such).

As for the new season, titled "Season Golf," we have a 2-month long event that is packed with free content. This includes a new Karambit knife, a new PvE episode revolving around teleportation tech, changes to Ranked Matches, ability weeks, and some balance changes. We also have a new "Plant-The-Bomb" mode, which sees you needing to infiltrate the enemy side so you can plant and explode a bomb. It is similar to Counter Strike's ranked mode.
