Rogue Waters is right around the corner, and it is shaping up to be a unique strategy title! Developed by Ice Code Games (creators of Hard West 2) Rogue Waters comes out on September 30, and I cannot wait to play it. The developers hosted a community stream where they dug into more detail regarding the tactical combat found in the game, which is available on YouTube right now.

While Rogue Waters is a rogue-lite tactics game, what drew me to it is the setting. This takes place in a mystical pirate world full of danger, with pirates capable of calling upon ancient creatures from the depths to aid them in battle. The voice acting and visual design are pretty high value, and the livestream shows off the diverse combat options available for the player.
