Proton GE 7-46 Released

A new version of Proton GE was pushed out yesterday. This update features fixes for 4 games that utilizes DX12: Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, Death Stranding, God of War, and The Division 2 (yes this is playable now). Monster Hunter: Rise is still broken and flickers on the compiling shaders screen.
