The Legend Dawn DLC pack for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 which adds Roger, Rayleigh, and Garp as playable characters is available now!

The Legend Dawn DLC pack adds Gol D. Roger, Silvers Rayleigh, and Monkey D. Garp to the character roster. Each of them comes with new, unique move sets to take out the enemy. You can purchase the character pack separately or if you own Character Pass 2, it's already included.

In addition to the Character Pack DLC, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is also getting the Additional Episode 3 DLC, titled “Path to the King of the Pirates” & “Soul Map 3”, provides new single-player content. You can get this content as part of the Additional Episode Pack, or you can purchase it separately. As a bonus for Character Pass 2 owners, the Onigashima Battle Law costume will also be available.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is available now on Steam for $39.99. It holds a Steam Deck Verified rating according to Valve's testing, so should run just fine on the Steam Deck.
