Old World Wrath of Gods DLC is Announced for March As Sales Pass 300,000

Big news for fans of Old World, the excellent 4X title by Mohawk Games. It is getting a new DLC next month, and it’ll be called Wrath of Gods!

I’ve always been a fan of Old World, and Wrath of God introduces some cool new mechanics. The main feature is the Wrath of Gods scenario, where players need to contend with their own empire while dealing with the demands of their deities. Some gods will provide blessings while some will smite your fledgling kingdom!

Players can also take charge of the new playable nation of Aksum, hailing Northeast Africa. Aksum comes with five dynasties headed by legendary figures from the nation’s past, new events and more.

Old World is also celebrating 300,000 sales since its release in 2022, a big milestone for Mohawk Games and their publisher Hooded Horse.

Old World: Wrath of Gods can be wishlisted on Steam. The base game Old World is available on Steam, with a 75% discount until February 1. It is the perfect time to jump into Old World, and hopefully you like the look of Wrath of Gods as much as we do!
