US Veteran-Led Old Glory Studios Launches Crowdfunding Campaign

An interesting announcement went out today. Creative minds behind the Ghost Recon and Division games and US military veterans have formed Old Glory Studios, and will start a crowdfunding campaign for their future.

Their debut title will be Victory’s Grave: Outflank, a team-based PVP shooter set in a post-apocalyptic version of Eastern Europe. Old Glory Studios’ mission is to balance authenticity and accessibility in the tactical shooter genre, and Victory’s Grave is looking pretty solid for a genre I don’t play all that often!

The crowdfunding element is an interesting approach, as they have partnered with Folla Capital, LLC to help the funding process. Time will tell if this approach will pay off.

Victory’s Grave: Outflank can be wishlisted on Steam, although there are few other details available at this time. While the PVP shooter genre is saturated, I must admit this has some potential. What do you think of the game? Let us know in the comments!
